Ingredients for Omelet With Potato Recipe

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 potato, peeled, diced small
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Seasonings to taste
  • 1 tablespoon cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • A dash of white pepper or paprika

Instructions

  1. Boil the potato for 5 minutes in salted water.
  2. Drain off water.
  3. Mix with the eggs.
  4. Make an omelet from the directions for a plain omelet.
