Ingredients for Omelet With Parsley, Tomato And Cheese Recipe
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 tablespoon parsley, chopped
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 2 tablespoons Swiss cheese, grated
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon cream
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- A dash of white pepper or paprika

Instructions
- Heat butter in frying pan. When foaming, add the tomato and seasonings.
- Let cook for about 5 minutes.
- Beat the eggs with the parsley, add the cheese, and pour the mixture over the tomato.
- Follow the directions for a plain omelet.
