Ingredients for Omelet With Parsley, Tomato And Cheese Recipe

  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 tablespoon parsley, chopped
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Swiss cheese, grated
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • A dash of white pepper or paprika

Instructions

  1. Heat butter in frying pan. When foaming, add the tomato and seasonings.
  2. Let cook for about 5 minutes.
  3. Beat the eggs with the parsley, add the cheese, and pour the mixture over the tomato.
  4. Follow the directions for a plain omelet.
