Ingredients for Omelet With Oysters Recipe
- 4 oysters, off the shell
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon cream
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- A dash of white pepper or paprika
Instructions
- Put oysters in a sauce pan with the seasonings.
- Cover.
- Let cook for 2 minutes.
- Let cool off a bit and then mix with the beaten eggs.
- Follow the directions for a plain omelet.
