Ingredients for Omelet With Italian Squash Recipe
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1/3 Italian squash, peeled, sliced thin
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Flour
- A dash of white pepper or paprika

Instructions
- Season the Italian squash.
- Dredge in flour.
- Fry in the butter in frying pan for about 2 minutes.
- Pour in the beaten eggs.
- Follow the directions for a plain omelet.
