Ingredients for Omelet With Fresh Strawberries Recipe

  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 5 fresh strawberries, cut in pieces
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • A dash of white pepper or paprika

  1. Beat eggs with the sugar.
  2. Add the strawberries.
  3. Follow the directions for a plain omelet.
