Omelet Souffle Recipe

Ingredients for Omelet Souffle Recipe

• 2 egg yolks
• 1/4 cup powdered sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
• 4 egg whites
• Few grains salt

Instructions

1. Prepare same as Rum Souffle Recipe.
2. Mound 3/4 of mixture on a slightly buttered platter.
3. Decorate mound with remaining mixture forced through a pastry bag and tube.
4. Sprinkle with powdered sugar, and bake ten minutes in a moderate oven.
