Instructions

1. Stone and mince olives, seasoning them with white pepper; then pound them to a smooth paste.
2. Cut some thin slices of bread and butter, and spread half with the pounded olives and the other half rather thickly with, finely chopped tongue.
3. Press the two halves together lightly.
