Ingredients for Olive Brown Sauce Recipe
- 2 dozen large olives cut into narrow spiral strips
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 cups of brown stock
- 10 drops onion juice
- Salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon walnut
- 1 tablespoon mushroom catsup
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Melt and brown butter. Add flour and brown again.
- Gradually add brown stock and slit until thick and smooth.
- Add onion juice, salt and pepper to taste, walnuts, mushroom catsup, Worcestershire sauce, and olives.
- Simmer for five minutes and serve with duck.
