Ingredients for Nut Custard Pudding

  • 2 cups milk, scalded
  • 4 eggs
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup nut meats, chopped not too fine
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Mix eggs, sugar and nut meats together.
  2. Add slowly the milk and flavoring.
  3. Fill a pudding dish with the custard mixture.
  4. Set pudding dish in a baking pan partially filled with water.
  5. Bake in a moderate oven for about 30 to 35 minutes.
