Ingredients for Mustard Recipe 2
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 cup beef stock
- 1 tablespoon French or celery mustard
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika

Instructions
- Brown butter. Add flour and stir smooth, then add beef stock.
- Let simmer.
- To French or celery mustard, add vinegar, sugar, salt, and paprika.
- Now add the above into the stock and stir until smooth.
