Ingredients for Mussels Bordelaise
- 2 quarts mussels, in the shell, washed
- 2 onions, peeled, chopped fine
- 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 tablespoon celery, washed, chopped fine
- Seasonings to taste

Instructions
- Put all ingredients in a kettle.
- Cover.
- Let cook quickly for about 6 minutes or until all the mussels are open.
- Serve with all the juice in soup plates.
