Ingredients for Mushrooms And Bacon

• 4 slices bacon
• 1½ pounds mushrooms

Instructions

1. Cut off the sandy end of the stems of the mushrooms, wash them until the water is clear, drain and put in a towel.
2. Cut the slices of bacon in small pieces and fry them.
3. When the fat starts to sing, add the mushrooms.
4. Cook for about 8 minutes.
5. Season to taste and serve.
