Ingredients for Mushroom Soup Recipe 4

• 1 pint cream
• 1 pint milk
• 2 tablespoons butter, melted
• 2 tablespoons flour
• pepper
• salt
• 12 fresh mushrooms, sliced

Instructions

1. Add the milk to the cream and let it come to a boil.
2. Stir the butter and flour until smooth and use it to thicken the cream.
3. Season with pepper and salt.
4. Just before serving, add one dozen fresh mushrooms which have been chopped.
