Ingredients for Mushroom Soup Recipe 4
- 1 pint cream
- 1 pint milk
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons flour
- pepper
- salt
- 12 fresh mushrooms, sliced
Instructions
- Add the milk to the cream and let it come to a boil.
- Stir the butter and flour until smooth and use it to thicken the cream.
- Season with pepper and salt.
- Just before serving, add one dozen fresh mushrooms which have been chopped.
