Mushroom Melon Recipe

Instructions

1. 1 quart cooked rice beaten to pulp with 1 tablespoon butter, teaspoon salt, pepper, 1 pint minced cooked mushrooms; beaten whites of 2 eggs.
2. Line mould with thick tomato puree; then lay in rice; cook in pan of water in hot oven half an hour; unmould on a hot dish; garnish with hot mushrooms.
