Ingredients for Mushroom, Watercress And Rice Soup Recipe
- ¼ pound mushrooms, washed, sliced
- 1 bunch watercress, washed, chopped not too fine
- 2 tablespoons rice, washed
- 5 cups water, boiling
- 1 cup milk, scalded
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Seasonings to taste
Instructions
- Put all ingredients in a stew pan.
- Cover.
- Let boil slowly for 25 minutes.
- Then serve.
