Ingredients for Mushroom, Watercress And Rice Soup Recipe

  • ¼ pound mushrooms, washed, sliced
  • 1 bunch watercress, washed, chopped not too fine
  • 2 tablespoons rice, washed
  • 5 cups water, boiling
  • 1 cup milk, scalded
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Seasonings to taste

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in a stew pan.
  2. Cover.
  3. Let boil slowly for 25 minutes.
  4. Then serve.
