Mock Whipped Cream Recipe

Ingredients for Mock Whipped Cream

• 1 cup milk
• 1 teaspoon flour
• 2 tablespoons sugar
• ½ teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

1. Mix the flour, sugar and salt, with a little cold milk, together.
2. Pour over this the hot milk, and cook until thickened.
3. Beat for a minute or two, then cool, and flavor with vanilla.
