Ingredients for Mock Hollandaise Sauce Recipe

• 1-½ cups milk
• 2 tablespoons corn oil
• 2 tablespoons Argo or Kingsford's Cornstarch
• ½ teaspoon salt
• ¼ teaspoon paprika
• Juice½ lemon
• 1/3 cup thick mayonnaise

Instructions

1. Measure the corn oil in a saucepan, add the cornstarch and seasonings and gradually stir in the milk.
2. When boiling rapidly, add the lemon juice and beat the mayonnaise.
