Mocha Icing Recipe 1

Instructions
- Follow the directions for Chocolate icing, adding two tablespoons very strong coffee and a little extra sugar.
- Chocolate Icing: 1-1/2 square chocolate
- 2 tablespoons corn syrup Red Label
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- Few grains salt
- Sifted confectioner's sugar to spread - about 1-1/2 cups
- Melt the chocolate, add the corn syrup, salt and vanilla and gradually the confectioner's sugar, beating with a wire whisk.
