Mocha Icing Recipe 1

Instructions
  1. Follow the directions for Chocolate icing, adding two tablespoons very strong coffee and a little extra sugar.
  2. Chocolate Icing: 1-1/2 square chocolate
  3. 2 tablespoons corn syrup Red Label
  4. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  5. Few grains salt
  6. Sifted confectioner's sugar to spread - about 1-1/2 cups
  7. Melt the chocolate, add the corn syrup, salt and vanilla and gradually the confectioner's sugar, beating with a wire whisk.
