1. Follow the directions for Chocolate icing, adding two tablespoons very strong coffee and a little extra sugar.

4. 1-1/2 square chocolate
5. 2 tablespoons corn syrup Red Label
6. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
7. Few grains salt
8. Sifted confectioners sugar to spread - about 1-1/2 cups
9. Melt the chocolate, add the corn syrup, salt and vanilla and gradually the confectioners sugar, beating with a wire whisk.
