Ingredients for Mixed Fruit Preserve Recipe

  • 1 cup apples, peeled, cored, and diced
  • 1 cup peaches, peeled, cored, and diced
  • 1 cup pears, peeled, cored, and diced
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 3 lemons (juice of 2 lemons and 1 lemon sliced)
  • 4 cups sugar
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  1. Boil sugar and water for about 3 minutes.
  2. Pour the fruit into the syrup and let simmer for about 10 minutes.
  3. Pour into sterilized jars and seal.
