Ingredients for Mixed Fruit Preserve Recipe
- 1 cup apples, peeled, cored, and diced
- 1 cup peaches, peeled, cored, and diced
- 1 cup pears, peeled, cored, and diced
- 1 cup raspberries
- 3 lemons (juice of 2 lemons and 1 lemon sliced)
- 4 cups sugar
- 1 cup water
Instructions
- Boil sugar and water for about 3 minutes.
- Pour the fruit into the syrup and let simmer for about 10 minutes.
- Pour into sterilized jars and seal.
