Ingredients for Marshmallow Parfait

Instructions

  1. 9 marshmallows cut in pieces.
  2. Angel Parfait Recipe
  3. 1/3 cup sugar and
  4. 4 tablespoons water in saucepan, stir until sugar is dissolved and boil until syrup spins a thread when dropped from tip of spoon.
  5. Remove from fire and beat
  6. 2 egg whites until stiff.
  7. Add syrup slowly continuing to beat mixture until light and fluffy.
  8. Chill, stirring occasionally.
  9. Beat
  10. 1/2 pint cream until thick, add
  11. 1-1/2 teaspoons vanilla, then beat in egg mixture with a few turns of the egg beater.
  12. Freeze.
