Ingredients for Marshmallow Icing Recipe 3
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 pound marshmallows
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 egg white, dried

Instructions
- Boil the sugar and water to 240 deg F.
- Slowly pour the water and sugar over the dried egg whites and beat constantly.
- Beat occasionally until cool. Cut the marshmallows into four and add them with the vanilla to the water mixture.
- This makes a light, fluffy icing that will not run from a cake.
