• 1 1/4 cup of any fruit jam or marmalade
• 1 cup butter, sweet

Instructions

1. Cream the butter and slowly add the jam or marmalade, beating all the time.
2. If marmalade or jam is too hard, beat until smooth before mixing with the butter.
3. Spread between layers of cake.
