Ingredients for Maple Syrup Cake Recipe
- 3 cups flour
- 3 tablespoons baking powder
- ½ cup sugar
- 2 cups maple syrup
- ½ cup butter
- 3 eggs, beaten
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Cream the butter and add the sugar gradually.
- Add the beaten eggs, then the maple syrup.
- Mix together the flour, baking powder and salt.
- Add slowly to the first mixture, stirring constantly.
- Place in greased cake mold.
- Bake in moderate oven for about 50 minutes.
