Maple Sugar Sandwiches Recipe

Instructions

1. Force some maple sugar through a food chopper, mix it with one-fourth its quantity of chopped and delicately browned nut meats, then spread between thin slices of fresh buttered bread.
2. Either brown, entire wheat or white bread may be used, or the lower layer of bread may be of one kind of bread and the upper layer of another.
3. This is a dainty sandwich for afternoon teas.
