Ingredients for Mango Custard Tart Recipe
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon freshly grated lemon peel
- 1 cup fresh mango purée
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 9-inch pie crust
Instructions
- Heat oven to 375 degrees.
- Beat the eggs and whisk them with the sugar and lemon peel.
- Blend in puree and heavy cream.
- Pour into a prepared 9-inch pie crust.
- Bake for 25 minutes.
- Top with whipped cream if desired.
