Ingredients for Mango Custard Tart Recipe

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon freshly grated lemon peel
  • 1 cup fresh mango purée
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 9-inch pie crust

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Beat the eggs and whisk them with the sugar and lemon peel.
  3. Blend in puree and heavy cream.
  4. Pour into a prepared 9-inch pie crust.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes.
  6. Top with whipped cream if desired.
