• 1 heaping tablespoon butter
• 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 saltspoon pepper

Instructions

1. Rub the butter to a cream and add lemon juice, parsley, salt, and pepper.
2. Stir constantly until smooth.
3. Serve with broiled fish or beefsteak, spread over the top.
