Ingredients for Macaroni In Cream
- ¾ pound macaroni
- ½ pint cream
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Seasonings to taste
- 3 cups cream sauce, hot
- (To make cream dressing: Mix½ teaspoon of salt and pepper with½ teaspoon of lemon juice. Add¾ pint of thick cream gradually, stirring constantly.)

Instructions
- Boil plenty of water, salted.
- When water is boiling, drop macaroni in a little at a time.
- Let cook for 20 to 25 minutes.
- Boil cream and mix with the hot cream sauce.
- Drain off water from macaroni.
- Pour the cream sauce on the macaroni, add the butter and season to taste.
- Then serve.
