Ingredients for Macaroni And Italian Squash

  • 2 Italian squashes, peeled, sliced
  • 3 cups macaroni, broken in pieces
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • Seasonings to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil the macaroni in salted water for 18 minutes.
  2. Drain off water.
  3. While the macaroni is cooking, season the squash.
  4. Put butter and oil in a frying pan.
  5. When hot, cook the squash for about 6 minutes in the butter and oil.
  6. Then add the cooked macaroni.
  7. Mix with a fork and serve.
