Ingredients for Macaroni And Italian Squash
- 2 Italian squashes, peeled, sliced
- 3 cups macaroni, broken in pieces
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon oil
- Seasonings to taste

Instructions
- Boil the macaroni in salted water for 18 minutes.
- Drain off water.
- While the macaroni is cooking, season the squash.
- Put butter and oil in a frying pan.
- When hot, cook the squash for about 6 minutes in the butter and oil.
- Then add the cooked macaroni.
- Mix with a fork and serve.
