Ingredients for Lyonnaise Potatoes No. 2

  • 3 medium sized boiled potatoes
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 sprigs parsley
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Put the butter, chopped parsley and grated onion into a double boiler.
  2. When the butter is melted, slice, and add the potatoes, and also the salt.
  3. When thoroughly heated through, serve.
