Ingredients for Low Carb Cheesecake Recipe

  • 24 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 gram of Splenda (25 packets)
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1 graham cracker pie crust

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Blend the Splenda, cream cheese, vanilla, and almond extracts together until smooth.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time and beat until creamy.
  4. Pour into the pie crust.
  5. Bake for 35 minutes or until the top is golden brown but still soft.
