Ingredients for Low Carb Cheesecake Recipe
- 24 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 3 eggs
- 1 gram of Splenda (25 packets)
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
- 1 graham cracker pie crust
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Blend the Splenda, cream cheese, vanilla, and almond extracts together until smooth.
- Add the eggs one at a time and beat until creamy.
- Pour into the pie crust.
- Bake for 35 minutes or until the top is golden brown but still soft.
