Ingredients for Low Cal Chocolate Oatmeal Recipe
- 1 envelope of low sugar or sugar-free hot chocolate mix
- 2 cups dry old fashion oats
- 3 tablespoons sugar-free chocolate syrup
- 2 1/2 cups water

Instructions
- Take 1 tablespoon of the syrup and pour in into a bowl. In this order, add to it 1/3 of the chocolate mix, 1 cup of oats. Repeat.
- Add 1 tablespoon of syrup and last 1/3 of envelope.
- Pour water on your layered mixture in the bowl
- Do not stir, the layering is key!
- Microwave for 7 to 8 minutes.
- When finished, let it sit for at least 10 minutes
Oats should be good and thick when ready to eat, the texture should resemble that of a soft loaf of bread. These steps may seem repetitive, but it helps evenly distribute the flavors.
