Lobster Stewed In Cream Recipe

Instructions
- Cut the lobster in small pieces.
- Put in a saucepan half a cup of cream (or milk with a teaspoon of flour rubbed smooth in butter added).
- Let this boil up.
- Season with salt and pepper, add a tablespoon of butter, put in the lobster, and bring to a boil.
- Serve very hot, with toasted butter-thin crackers.
