Lobster Stewed In Cream Recipe

Instructions

  1. Cut the lobster in small pieces.
  2. Put in a saucepan half a cup of cream (or milk with a teaspoon of flour rubbed smooth in butter added).
  3. Let this boil up.
  4. Season with salt and pepper, add a tablespoon of butter, put in the lobster, and bring to a boil.
  5. Serve very hot, with toasted butter-thin crackers.
