Lobster Sauce Recipe

Instructions

1. Make a Hollandaise as for meat and a cup of finely chopped lobster meat, rub the coral to a paste with a tablespoon of melted butter, a tablespoon of lemon juice, one or two drops of Tabasco sauce, and a half teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce.
2. Mix thoroughly with the Hollandaise while hot.
