Lobster Salad. Recipe

Instructions

1. One pint lobster meat, French dressing, mayonnaise dressing, lobster coral, claws, capers, radishes or parsley.
2. Cut the lobster meat into inch cubes, season with a French dressing, and keep on ice until ready to serve; then mix it with one-half the mayonnaise.
3. Make nests of crisp lettuce leaves.
4. Place one heaped tablespoon of lobster in each nest with one tablespoon of mayonnaise on top.
5. Garnish with lobster coral, capers, claws, radishes or parsley.
