Ingredients for Lobster Butter Recipe
- 2 tablespoons coral
- 3 tablespoons lobster meat
- 1/4 cup fresh butter
- Paprika, lemon juice and nutmeg for seasoning

- Beat the coral, lobster, and butter to a paste.
- Season with paprika, lemon juice, and a grating of nutmeg and cream the whole together.
