Lemon Sherbet Recipe 2

Ingredients for Lemon Sherbet

  • 2 quarts of milk
  • 1½ pounds of sugar
  • Juice of 6 lemons

Instructions

  1. Mix sugar and milk together; put in freezer, and when partly frozen add juice of lemons and freeze like ice cream.
  2. The grated rind and juice of 2 oranges may be added to the above if desired.
