Ingredients for Lemon Sauce

  • ¾ cup corn syrup
  • Few grains salt
  • Juice½ lemon
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  1. Heat the corn syrup, pour into the egg yolk beaten light, return to the range and stir two or three minutes until thickened.
  2. Add the salt and lemon juice and pour into the beaten egg white.
