Ingredients for Lemon Sauce (for Puddings And Desserts)
- ½ cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1½ cups boiling water
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1½ tablespoons lemon juice
Instructions
- Mix sugar with flour.
- Add boiling water.
- Boil slowly for about 3 minutes.
- Remove from fire and add lemon juice and butter, stirring all the time.
- Serve hot or cold.
