Ingredients for Lemon Jelly No. 2 Recipe
- 3/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 1 1/2 cups cold water
- 1/3 box--1/4 ounce--vegetable gelatine
- 1 cup boiling water

Instructions
- Prepare the vegetable gelatine as directed and cook in the boiling water.
- To the lemon juice, add the sugar, cold water, and cooked vegetable gelatine.
- Pour into molds which have been wet with cold water and set in a cool place to mold.
- This may be served with whipped cream.
