Lemon Filling Recipe 1

Ingredients for Lemon Filling

• 4 tablespoons sugar
• 1/3 cup lemon juice
• 2 tablespoons flour
• Grated rind of 1 lemon
• 1 tablespoon butter, sweet
• 1 egg, beaten
• 3 tablespoons water

Instructions

1. Mix sugar, water, lemon juice, beaten egg, grated lemon rind and butter with the flour until smooth.
2. Cook on fire until boiling, stirring constantly to prevent scorching.
3. Let cool off and spread between layers of cake.
