Ingredients for Lemon Cheesecake Recipe
- 1 package lemon Jello
- 2/3 cup boiling water
- 1 cup cottage cheese, low fat
- 8 ounces light cream cheese
- 2 cups whipped topping
- 1 graham cracker pie crust
- 1 cup pie filling, optional
Instructions
- Blend water and Jello mix together until mix is dissolved.
- Add cream cheese and cottage cheese and mix for two minutes.
- Stir in whipped topping and mix until smooth.
- Spoon into pie crust and refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
- After pie has chilled, spoon on pie filling.
