Ingredients for Lamb Or Veal Salad Creole Recipe

  • 2 cups diced, cooked lamb or veal
  • 1 cup coarsely chopped, cooked spaghetti
  • 10 sliced stuffed olives
  • 1 cup minced celery
  • Tomato mayonnaise
  • Lettuce

Instructions

  1. Combine the meat, spaghetti, olives and celery with the tomato mayonnaise to moisten.
  2. Arrange on lettuce and garnish with whole stuffed olives and extra mayonnaise.

Tomato Mayonnaise Recipe

  1. 1-1/3 cups corn oil Mayonnaise
  2. 1/3 cup tomato catchup
  3. 1/3 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  4. Combine and use.
