Ingredients for Lamb Chops With Mashed Carrots
- 8 lamb chops
- 10 carrots, peeled, cut in small pieces
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Seasonings to taste

Instructions
- Boil the carrots in salted water for 20 minutes.
- Drain off water.
- Pass them through a sieve.
- Put carrot pulp in a sauce pan, and add seasonings and butter.
- Place sauce pan on the fire and cook until the butter has melted.
- While carrots are being prepared, broil the lamb chops.
- This will require about 10 minutes.
- Serve chops on the mashed carrots.
