Ingredients for Lamb Chops With Green Peppers And Tomatoes

  • 8 lamb chops, cut medium, not too thin
  • 2 green peppers, cored, seeded, quartered
  • 2 tomatoes, each sliced in 4 slices
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Seasonings to taste

Instructions

  1. Season chops with salt and pepper.
  2. Butter a baking pan with the butter and place chops in it.
  3. Place 1 piece of green pepper on each chop.
  4. Place 1 slice of tomato on top of each slice of green pepper.
  5. Place baking pan on the fire and cook until the butter starts to fry the chops.
  6. Then place the baking pan under the broiler flame (underneath oven) or directly in oven if oven is hot enough.
  7. Let cook for about 8 to 10 minutes.
