Ingredients for Lamb Chops With Celery And Potatoes
- 8 lamb chops
- 1 stalk celery, leaves and stalk, washed, cut in pieces one
- Inch long
- 4 large potatoes, washed, sliced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Seasonings to taste

Instructions
- Boil potatoes and celery in salted water for about 10 minutes.
- In the meantime fry the lamb chops in the butter.
- Drain water from celery and potatoes.
- Season.
- Put celery and potatoes over the lamb chops.
- Put frying pan with lamb chops, celery and potatoes in a moderate oven, and bake for about 15 minutes.
- Then serve.
