Ingredients for Lamb Chops With Carrots And Rice
- 8 lamb chops
- 6 carrots, peeled, sliced
- 3 tablespoons rice, washed
- 3 cups water
- Butter
- Seasonings to taste

Instructions
- Put water, carrots, rice and seasonings in a sauce pan.
- Cover and let cook for 20 minutes.
- When the rice and carrots are half done, that is, at the end of 10 minutes of cooking, fry the lamb chops in butter.
- Serve the lamb chops on top of the rice and carrots.
