Ingredients for Lamb Chops With Carrots And Rice

  • 8 lamb chops
  • 6 carrots, peeled, sliced
  • 3 tablespoons rice, washed
  • 3 cups water
  • Butter
  • Seasonings to taste

Instructions

  1. Put water, carrots, rice and seasonings in a sauce pan.
  2. Cover and let cook for 20 minutes.
  3. When the rice and carrots are half done, that is, at the end of 10 minutes of cooking, fry the lamb chops in butter.
  4. Serve the lamb chops on top of the rice and carrots.
