Ingredients for Lamb Breast With Squash
- 2 breasts of lamb
- 1 Hubbard squash, peeled, seeded, sliced thick
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 cup water
- Seasonings to taste
Instructions
- Place in a roasting pan the breasts of lamb.
- Cover with the sliced squash.
- Season.
- Add water and butter.
- Bake slowly in moderate oven for about 50 minutes.
- Then serve.
