Ingredients for Lamb Breast With Rhubarb And Potatoes
- 2½ pounds lamb breast
- 8 potatoes, peeled, sliced
- 1 onion, peeled, quartered
- ½ pound rhubarb, peeled, washed, cut in pieces
- 3 tablespoons butter
- Seasonings to taste

- Put all ingredients in a roasting pan.
- Cook in moderate oven for about 35 minutes.
