Ingredients for Lamb Breast With Green Peppers And Corn

  • 2½ pounds lamb breast, cut in square pieces
  • 1 onion, peeled, sliced
  • 4 green peppers, seeded, cut in pieces
  • 4 ears corn, off the cob
  • 1 cup milk
  • Seasonings to taste

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in a sauce pan.
  2. Pour in enough water just to cover.
  3. Place cover on kettle and cook for about 40 minutes.
  4. Then serve.
